In the old cafe on the corner of Kulturhaus Barockfabrik there is a meeting place for art, culture and coffee specialities. Literatuurbureau EMR (Euregio Maas-Rijn) and EuregioKultur have joined forces with Ingo Café, so creating a new platform for cultural exchange in Aachen: Vers.
Literary cafe Vers will be hosting DMFF’s literary programme Bergen & Boeken during the period of the festival.
Öcher Schängche
Under the same roof as the cafe is the well-known Aachen puppet-theatre Öcher Schängche. Following the literary programme, two films Axie en de Wunder Dachsies and An Inhabited Volcano will be screened here.
