Jonathan Johnson is professor of photography and digital media at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio (USA). In his free work he uses art forms such as photography, film and video to explore his ideas about place and nature. Jonathan is interested in those elements of a place that transmit its stories, history and culture. In the process, he seeks contrasts or connections that will influence the images we create of a story. Jonathan Johnson’s work has been exhibited in more than thirty countries.
