Make sure you’re there for the DMFF Awards Show! After 5 glorious days in Heerlen and Aachen, this is the grande finale to the festival in Heerlen’s Royal Theater. What’s more, it’s the most exciting moment with the winners of the DMFF Awards being announced on the night. Tension on the faces of film producers in the auditorium beforehand, followed by a drum roll and champagne corks popping in the aftermath … so don’t forget you pen and notebook because there’s every chance you’ll bump into one of the winners afterwards.
And the winner is…
The evening will get off to a start with the short, but intense Awards Show. Almost every film that has been screened at the festival this year, has come into contention for one of the much coveted DMFF Awards.
An international jury, consisiting of three members, has considered the merits of all submissions and come too its conclusion on the criteria set. Who will win this year’s grand prize, the Crossbordder DMFF Award? An who will walk off with the Spiegel Best Newcomer Award, the Parkstad Limburg jury prize, the Best Mountaineering Film Award and the DAV Climate Award? Make sure you’re there, so you don’t miss out!
