25km trail from Aachen to Heerlen
We’ve always said Aachen is close to Heerlen. Now here’s the proof. Why not join us for the Awards Walk, an energetic trail from the Apollo Kino in Aachen, which wends its way through some beautiful upland scenery to the Royal Theater in Heerlen. A warm welcome awaits you on your arrival and you’ll be well in time for the Awards Show.
Awards Walk
- Anyone welcome, plus free admission to the Awards Show and screening of A Shepherd in the Royal Theater.

- Maximum of 20 participants
- Bring your own food and drink for the walk, there will be a short stop along the way.
- Departure at 9 am from the Apollo Kino, expected arrival time approx. 3.30 pm
- Participants from Heerlen can take the 8.18 am train to Aachen West (Arrival 8.37 am / max 10 minutes by foot to the Apollo).
